OfficeLab Service Portal
A services firm lives or dies on follow-up. This is the system that makes sure nothing is quietly dropped.

Start something similarThe brief
OfficeLab manages dozens of registrations, permits and renewals at once, each with its own deadline and its own waiting-on-the-authority pause. Spreadsheets could hold the data but could not surface what was slipping. The portal was built to answer one question on sight: what needs attention today?
What we built
- DashboardOpens on what needs attention today: overdue reminders, invoices unpaid past 30 days, and jobs with no movement in 14 days.
- Clients and JobsEvery registration, permit, and renewal moves through one status pipeline, from intake to completion.
- RemindersEach renewal date belongs to a job and an owner, so nothing slips unnoticed.
- Invoices and PaymentsOutstanding and settled amounts tracked against the work that earned them.
- AccountingThe books sit next to the jobs, not in a separate spreadsheet.
- Company switcherStaff who work across several entities move between them without signing out.
Notable
The dashboard is built around exceptions rather than totals. It opens on what is late, not on what is fine — which is the opposite of most business dashboards and the reason it gets used daily.
Starting a business and a website at the same time?
That is the easy version. Company registration and the site that sells it, from one team.
