  • Workforce and expatriate services
  • Business visa processing
  • Business bank account setup
  • Property management
  • IT consultancy and digital services

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Cooperate with our team in a timely manner
  • Pay all fees and charges as agreed
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

4. Fees and Payment

All fees for our services will be communicated to you before commencement. Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

OfficeLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters. We will not disclose any confidential information without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by OfficeLab and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maldives.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
