Liquid Craft POS
A takeaway closes the day on one number: does the drawer match the sales?

Start something similarThe brief
Liquid Craft runs food service outlets that need a till, a kitchen-facing menu, stock control and a defensible end-of-day cash position. Off-the-shelf POS either priced per terminal or could not handle Maldivian cash practice, so the system was built around the daily reconciliation rather than bolted on afterwards.
What we built
- POSFast order entry, with bills held and recalled when a table isn't ready to pay.
- DashboardCloses out the trading day: sales by cash, card, and transfer against opening cash and cash in drawer, so the count reconciles or the gap shows.
- Menu and StockMenu items draw down stock, so inventory spend is recorded, not guessed.
- Cash RegisterThe till's movements through the day, ready for the count.
- Reports, Accounting, and PayrollBehind the same login, so the outlet needs no separate tools.
- Outlet switcherOperators with more than one location move between them in one account.
Notable
The dashboard opens on a single trading day and closes it out: sales by tender, inventory spend, opening cash and cash in drawer on one screen, so the count either reconciles or the gap is visible immediately.
